Our house in the mountains has now been delivered by Husverket.
It came in one piece from the factory and was lifted into place with a mobile crane. We have had shared contracting where we prepared the site and foundation ourselves. From the first contact with the seller, until the house is in place, it has worked extremely well with all persons at Husverket. The seller Victor, a very professional person with an extremely good grasp of the situation. The project manager Sahand, great guy, super professional, helpful and knowledgeable. And the carpenters Gallo and Oleg who put the house in place in a stable and neat way. Very elegant! Top guys at Husverket that we had to deal with. Humble, friendly with great patience with us customers, but above all: Rarely come across more professional people who have a better grasp of the situation. Feeling very grateful for this. Everything from the building permit process to contact with our own contractors has been handled perfectly.
The whole project took about a year and the house was delivered on time. We haven’t had any problems whatsoever. Husverket really knows what they are doing and we highly recommend hiring them if you are thinking about a house.

Vårt hus i bergen har nu levererats av Husverket. Det kom i ett stycke från fabriken och lyftes på plats med en mobilkran. Vi har haft ett delat entreprenadprojekt där vi förberedde platsen och grunden själva. Från första kontakten med säljaren till dess att huset är på plats har allt fungerat extremt bra med alla personer på Husverket. Säljaren Victor är en mycket professionell person med en extremt bra förståelse för situationen. Projektledaren Sahand, en fantastisk kille, superprofessionell, hjälpsam och kunnig. Och snickarna Gallo och Oleg som placerade huset på plats på ett stabilt och snyggt sätt. Mycket elegant! Toppenkillar på Husverket som vi hade att göra med. Ödmjuka, vänliga och med stor tålamod med oss kunder, men framför allt: Sällan stöter man på mer professionella människor som har en bättre förståelse för situationen. Känner stor tacksamhet för detta. Allt från bygglovprocessen till kontakten med våra egna entreprenörer har hanterats perfekt. Hela projektet tog ungefär ett år, och huset levererades i tid. 11 hus som låg ovanför platsen, där lyftkranen skulle blockera gatan, var förvarnade via brev i brevlådan om tidpunkten för husets ankomst. Jag kände att alla var mycket koncentrerade. Jag observerade hur lyftkranoperatören upprepade hur han skulle agera med lyften. Sedan kom huset, alla visste vad de skulle göra och följde den välkända proceduren. Jag antog att huset skulle lyftas den kortaste vägen, genom en gata i skogsdungen. Tänk på min förvåning när de istället lyfte det högt över de höga ekarna för att landa precis på den färdiga grunden – en spektakulär syn. Därefter visste alla exakt vad de skulle göra, och killarna sprang runt huset som utomjordingar och utförde sina uppgifter så att huset hamnade på plats. Som du förstår var allting väl förberett. De två som hade ordnat grunden arbetade till och med kvällen innan, även efter mörkrets inbrott.

Vi beställde vårt lilla hus från Husverket för 2 år sedan. Vi har fått mycket bra behandling från försäljning till leverans.
I ett husprojekt dyker det alltid upp saker och avvikelser som inte kan förutses från början. Det gjorde det även för oss.

Vid dessa tillfällen har vi alltid blivit väl behandlade och de har snabbt kommit ut på plats för att åtgärda problemen.

Bra att de anställde en person från en byggnadsnämnd inom kommunen. Det underlättade för oss med bygglovsprocessen.

Vi uppskattar också att de har automatiserat olika versioner av huset så att man kan bygga ”sitt eget” hus via internet.
